Question: How can I lose 20 lbs in 3 months?
CALLING ALL MOMS WHO HAVE GAINED and LOST IT…..I had my son last May. I am currently 155 lbs, I was 135lbs before pregnancy. At 11 months after having a baby i had hoped to be back to what i use to be. I have plateaued at 155 and it seems like no matter what I try, it doesnt work. It’s difficult to stick with a hard diet, cost of the fancy “good food” and the time it takes to prepare it. Exercising is my down fall… however i am ready to do what it takes to be ready for summer What are food tips and exercising ideas for me with a 11 month old. Any tips or advice is appreciated, Thanks!

just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
- think positive and keep smiling
