Question: Bikini Ready… my goal. please help?
I’m about 5’7″ and weigh maybe 155
i wouldn’t consider my self “fat” only because its all in my breast
btw i’m 15 years old

My goal:
be bikini ready, stay with a bikini body.

Caution:
I’m very low motivated, i love food, its hard for me to get up and workout and to eat healthy..

follow jennifer nicole lee’s diet plan. she’s a well-known fitness model who lost a bunch of weight and toned up!

eat a CLEAN DIET. no sugar, no sugar substitutes, no white flour, no pop/soda, no junk food.
what you should eat is lots of leafy green, 1-2 fruits a day (no more than that though!), vegetables, protein (eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, meat, fish), 3 nuts a day (NO MORE than that though!!), LOTS of water!

it’s VERY important to go on a walk (or some type of exercise) first thing in the morning, so that you’re metabolism starts… you need to eat something in the morning, but a “BIG breakfast” isn’t necessary to speed up metabolism, as many many many think it is! eat 5 SMALL meals a day and count calories.

    I also recommend taking Whey protein shakes, they will give you more energy to workout and will speed up your metabolism.

    Its not as hard as you think it is

    Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Wrap

    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Parmasean Sandwich

    Dinner: Spagetti w/ Turkey Meatballs

    Snakcs: Popcorn w/ almonds, m&m’s, dried fruit
    -Triscuit Crackers w/ cucumbers and cheese
    - Brown Rice Snacks

    Best – Still Good – Okay –

    - Fresh water w/ – Naturally Flavored -Vitamin Water
    lemon and/or lime slice(s) Carbonated Water

    Also an easy way to lose weight is to do crunches, jogging, and being active for Atleast 60 minutes Everyday!

    Or you can buy/rent at a store workout videos and if you have and ipod touch/iphone or blackberry you can probably download an app to keep track of your progress!

    alright! so im guessing your weight goal is about 145 about?
    first off cut nothing out! dont cut out bread, dairy, meat– nothing. if you do, once you start maintinaing youll gian it all back.
    for breakfast, eat 2 slices of whole wheat toast, and a cup of milk with a fruit or two. for lunch have something like a chicken/fish/cottage cheese salad. for dinner have lots of protein, with some potatoes or a slice of bread!
    if you get very hungry, start eating lettuce and salt, just not to much salt– it will bloat you (not fat or anything, just temporarily bloating)
    treat yourself to a chocolate or ice cream or a big slice of chocolate cake at the end f every week to keep yourself motivated, and during the week chew some of that chocolate flavoured gum! its yummy:)
    dont drink soda, diet drinks (they contain aspartame, which can cause cancer and tumors), and try to only eat 1 cup of whole weat pasta instead of an entire serving. also dont ever EVER take sugar substitutes– there soo bad for your health!
    try to avoid cheese
    (not milk or cottage cheese, just plain cheese) at all costs. meaning no pizza: think of it as fat and carbs with no nutritional value whatsoever. if you want make yourself a pizza pits at home! take a pita bread, spread some pizza sauce, add green peppers and red, or whatever topping you .like (try to avpoid olives, especially the black one, they are full of fat and salt) and then add some low fat- or fat free cheese, but not too much!
    dont forget to excercise regularly, but im warning you, jogging or quick walking can burn the fat in your boobs. i know it sounds weird, but when you move your arms up and down, your buring fat up there, and you end up shrinking your boobs. this is what happened to me and i can BARLEY fill out a 34A. i used to be a B.
    so if ou dont want to shrink it, i suggest no running, try biking (which can burn ever more calories) or wii fit.
