Question: what are some quick things i can make for lunch while pregnant?
All I hear is no frozen meal and no lunch meat. Eat fruits and vegies, wraps and hummus ect ect. Sadly I have been craving and eat lunch meats. I eat them with “healthy” wraps with hummus. But what are some other things that I can eat. I do want things that are healthy but also fill me up. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I’m just hungry ALL the time. I munch and fruits but then its like “UGH I need real food!”. My last pregnancy I did live off frozen meals, for some reason this time around I’m more worried that every little thing I do. I have a 22 month old daughter and when she climbs on me I freak out cause I’m afraid of hurting the baby. Anyways when can I eat?

    whats wrong with frozen meals? they dont have preservatives, and not too bad on sodium….
    im pregnant with my second and all i have time for is lean cuisines!!

    I like to make peanut butter and jam on whole wheat toast!

    The whole wheat bread will fill you up, the peanut butter is a good source of protein, and if you use pure jam (not loaded with sugar) it’s healthy.

    Hard boiled eggs sliced on buttered whole wheat toast is good aswell!
