Q&A: 22 years old STILL with baby fat on face, advice please from REAL fitness experts?

Question: 22 years old STILL with baby fat on face, advice please from REAL fitness experts?
Hello all,

I am a 22 year old male, 5’6″ and my weight fluctuates between 133 – 137 lbs. I have ran three marathons in my life and my body fat % is probably around 10%. However, because I was overweight as a child I still have “baby fat” on my cheeks that just won’t go away. My legs are very thin as is the rest of my body besides for my lower abs and obliques, like any normal male.

I eat right and try to maintain my form, even in the winter (though I have no energy nowadays so I do a lot of sitting around) but no matter what, I can’t lose that stubborn face fat. I naturally have a wide-set jawline, but there is just stubborn fat that shows up especially when I smile.

Like I said, I am in good overall shape and am planning on running another marathon this year. I eat right most of the time and when I splurge, I work out harder. But no matter what, the most stubborn fat on my face will not go away. Anyone have some advice I HAVEN’T heard before?

The doctor said he can start drinking cereal. One scoop for every 2oz of formula.
He drinks “Good Start”…
I’m also in WIC
My question…
Which cereal is best to start with?
and can he only drink that or can i start giving him other things like “Gerber 1st foods”? :)

Only cereal.

Just read the labels, you’ll find there is little difference between brand names.

What is the best form of vegetarian protein to feed to a baby?

Question: What is the best form of vegetarian protein to feed to a baby?
I am a new vegetarian and I have a 7 month old baby! Now is the time that I need to start thinking about introducing proteins into her diet. I don’t know where to begin. I mean, I know beans are the best source for her, but how do I prepare them to make them easy for her to eat? What are other great sources of protein for her? She eats just about anything I feed her. Can someone please help me?

Q&A: cant choose to have happy meal in california but you can choose to kill a baby!?

Question: cant choose to have happy meal in california but you can choose to kill a baby!?
People in California do not have a choice to having happy meals anymore because it promotes “unheathy food” for kids, so of course it has been outlawed… It’s funny because these same people enjoy the choice of killing babys? damn I forgot how fucking smart people are ! btw, that is not sarcasm, I am sure these people failed school only a couple of times :)
OH DONT GO THERE, what u gonna do? abort me next? sorry its a little 2 late, I can defend myself now

Answer:

Answer by twistedtart
They can too buy happy meals. It’s the toys in them that have been banned, not the meal itself.
As for abortion, it’s legal, get over it.

I’m finding it difficult to feed my baby bearded dragon?

Question: I’m finding it difficult to feed my baby bearded dragon?
He’s about 3 months old, the pet store assistant said, and about 4 in half to five inches long. I find it difficult to feed him crickets just because we live a while away form the pet store so I have to buy them by the dozens, and then it’s difficult to get them to eat the gelled gutload and keep them alive (my last batch only lived about 3 days) and so I prefer the stuff you can get in the can and refrigerate and last a while (the worms). But the mealworms can’t be fed that often, I run out of crickets.

The pet store man gave me “Juvenile Bearded Dragon Food”, but he doesn’t seem to eat much of it at all, and never while I’m looking. He won’t eat it from my hand or anything, so I’m assuming he doesn’t eat much of it, either.

So my question is; what other live stuff can I give him? Can he eat GRASSHOPPERS that come in the can at the pet store? Will they last? And they have cans of SUPERWORMS and WAX WORMS, too, can I feed him these?
I’m weird? xD I guess that’s true lol. =P

Toddler / baby feeding question?

Question: Toddler / baby feeding question?
My brother-in-law and his wife and 2 boys ages 3 and almost 2 , are down to vistit. So everytime we see them they have to put their input about what I’m feeding my kids. Like last time we went up to see them and they said ” we bought sugar cereal cause we thought that’s all you give her” meaning my daughter. That is not true at all! We give her whole grains and ect. Soo they were over last night and my brother-in- law decided to tell me I should feed my kids turkey meat and not hamburger, they should eat organic veggies and ect. Now I don’t give my toddler can crap food. We try our best. So I guess my question is how do I not take it personal they they are calling me a bad parent cause I’m not perfect at giving my kid the most healthy things I can. Also we have a “no junk food” rule in my house. So they don’t eat crap ya know.

Answer:

Answer by …..
Your in-laws need to mind their own beeswax. If your kids are eating while grains and home cooked meals instead of junk food, I’d say they are eating better than a lot of other kids do. Keep on doing your best. This is your family and you call the shots.
