How to loose weight with a balanced diet and exercises?
Question: How to loose weight with a balanced diet and exercises?
About me:
Sex: Female
Age: 16
Weight: 135
Okay. I’m really tired of hearing my Dad constantly tell me, “You’re getting too fat.” Obesity runs in my Family and since all of his Family members we’re on the larger side he’s constantly worrying about me becoming big. I’m tired of hearing over and over of how I need to change my diet and exercise habits.
I’m looking for exercises that help tone and loose fat. I have love-handles and my stomach has some ‘rolls’ I’d really love to get rid of those the most, but I’d also like to loose the weight on my thighs.
For my Diet I don’t want to become a Vegan, or Vegetarian. I’m a big fan of eating Meat and other sources of protein like eggs. I do eat most things in moderation. But I’m always snacking on junk food. (Diabetes also runs in my family.) I also have a very low Immune-System and I get sick easily.
(I exercise about 20-40 minutes 3-4 days a week. I play Ultimate Frisbee every Sat morning for 2 hours. I try to eat at least 3 cups of fruit a day, but I gag when I eat Salad, and I’m willing to press through the gagging. I snack on things like: Gold Fish, Chex Mix, Cheetos, pretty much any type of Junk food!)
Please give some idea’s, on what I could do, I’ve already researched various diets, exercises, and things of that sort. You can provide Links, and such things that help plan meals and exercises to do in a week.
Thank you so much for helping me out! (Sorry about this being on the Longer side.)

It all depends.
If you prefer pre-made veggie/vegan food, yes that can be expensive.
BUT, if you look up recipes online and make your own food, then it won’t be as expensive.

Q&A: Can you have a balanced vegetarian diet without nuts?
Question: Can you have a balanced vegetarian diet without nuts?
I have two daughters, one hates meat and the other has said for some while that she would like to be a vegetarian because she can’t bear the thought of eating animals. I really like vegetarian food so it would be no problem for me.
But the daughter who hates meat (and also most vegetables) is very allergic to nuts, both peanuts and some tree nuts. Does anyone know if it would still be possible for her to have a balanced diet, and how?

Vegetarians avoid the flesh of animals and slaughter by products such as gelatin, animal rennet, fish oil etc.
