Question: Okay,calories for food and getting six packs?
When eating food,how much calories is too much? as in,i know if somrthing has 600 calories per serving,thats bad.so what is the “limit”?
and how much is “too much fat”? isnt like,more than 15% of fat a day too much?
ALSO
Im trying to get a six pack.if i excersize every other day every week for 30 minutes,how long until i get abs?

Ok for eating, dont eat junk…duh, thats easy a lot of people know that. Try to not eat a lot of salty things, it traps water in you and it doesnt help you lose weight. Drink lots and lots of water, stay away from slim fast/vitamin water/energy drinks, some might be good the energy drinks are horrible for you and water beats them all out for quality and its FREE! Water is the bodies oil. Drink more and youll feel great. Try to eat small but more portions of good food throughout the day, it speeds up your matabolism.
To burn fat, you need cardio and lots of it. Go running, biking, swimming, jump rope is pretty good and fun sometimes and rowing.
But if your serious about losing FAT you need to forget about your scale and just look at your body. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat so if you start working out and get discouraged because your gaining weight its because your getting toner, and thats a good thing!
Ok then, some good work outs for ya…These are gonna be good for ya because you dont even need a gym or any real equipment, just mostly dead weight exercises.
Hip-Lift Progression
This is an awesome way to relieve tension in your lower back and work your butt at the same time. (A cushy mat will keep your tailbone from crying afterward.)
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
Lift your hips toward the ceiling. Hold for 1 count, and then lower back down.
Repeat the lifts for 60 seconds, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings at the top of the range of motion. Be careful not to overarch your spine.
To make this exercise more difficult, extend one leg at the top of the lift. Keep your thighs parallel and hold the lifted position for about 5 seconds.
Keeping your hips up, place your foot back on the floor and then lower your hips.
Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds; switch sides and do the move for another 30 seconds on the other
Abs
Try pilates and such. Sadly crunches, dont do sit ups it just makes it worse. Do a think called bikes, lay on your back and rotate your legs like your on a bike (but ur flat on ur back with ur legs bent in the air). To make it more burning for your abs, when your left leg is in towards your body curl up ur abs to touch ur right elbow to your left knee, then switch left elbow to right knee left leg extended. Also you can lay on your back, put your hands under your back (because its hard to keep ur hands down if you dont I guess) then slowly lift both your legs at the same time up and down, not touching the floor. Doesnt burn, go slower, go for 25, if not just keep going.

My friend is a practicing vegan and he’s just bought a new dog (yesterday). I asked him how he feels about feeding his dog meat and he said he will not allow it. He thinks meat is murder. It seems he’s just going to feed his dog vegetables or meat substitutes, but I want to help him find some vegan dog food instead.

Sometimes I get criticised for my veganism by other vegans. I have made the lifestyle choice to become a ovo-lacto-pesca vegan. I feel like vegans ruthlessly criticise me. Does anyone else make an alternative vegan lifestyle choice like me?

First of all, if you take the terminology at face value, vegan means that you have given up all animal products.
So you aren’t vegan since you eat eggs, dairy products and eat meat (granted it is fish, but it is still meat).
And if you’re going around claiming that you are vegan when you are clearly not…that is likely to honk off the people who actually are vegan and have given up all animal products.
Honestly you shouldn’t bother with a label for your diet. If anyone asks you are eating healthy eating a mostly lacto-ovo-vegetarian (not vegan) diet supplemented with fish for the protein, good cholesterol , and the Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

Question: Can you recommend some fast food vegan meals?
Well, I’m not vegan but it was quicker to type that in the title of the question.
For religious purposes I need to abstain two days a week from:
meat, fish, dairy, eggs, oil, and wine
I would like to find some fast food meals I can order while I am out, as I am getting so sick of veggie sandwiches from the sub sandwich place!
And the people in the Vegetarian/Vegan section aren’t answering my question.

I’m not a big fan of that brand, but most packages will usually say on the box. Not to much at first, till you know how they will tolerate any new food.
Just remember that even with soft or wet food, provide ample fresh water for your kitty.

Here are a few tips;
WHEN to eat for losing weight…
• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That’s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… you must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
• Don’t starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.
WHAT to drink for losing weight…
• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the “hunger” sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don’t believe the slogan “water makes me fat”. Beside being stupid… you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed!
Don’t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.
Exercise for losing weight…
• If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
• Don’t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts…
I guarantee THIS won’t work for your weight loss…
• Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don’t be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don’t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don’t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.
