What is the best vegan B-12 supplement in tablet form?
Question: What is the best vegan B-12 supplement in tablet form?
So I decided to start taking a B-12 supplement. I just bought a bottle from Nature Made, but I did some research on the ingredients and it is not vegan. Not cool. So what is an effective, vegan supplement in tablet form? Thanks for your help.

Skip the tablets, and use nutritional yeast flakes instead. Nutritional yeast is loaded with protein and B Vitamins (especially B-12). The flakes taste a little nutty and a little cheesy. You will find many vegan recipes that call for nutritional yeast flakes. I laughed so hard one time when a poster on Yahoo Answers said nutritional yeast is like catnip for vegans.

If you had to choose some form of government besides democracy what would it be?
Question: If you had to choose some form of government besides democracy what would it be?
and why would you choose that particular one? You know, when our forefathers signed the constitution, they were afraid of democracy and did not want the country to follow it. They knew it was a dangerous form of government but they were also adamant that they would let the people choose what they wanted.

A woman believed to be the mother of the three has been arrested, a state prosecutor’s office spokesman said.
The three were not stillborn, police said, but the cause of death and the infants’ ages have not been released.
There have been several similar cases in Germany recently, including a woman jailed for killing her eight children.
The babies appeared to have died shortly after birth and were in the freezer wrapped in plastic bags, the prosecutor’s office said.
Post-mortems are to be conducted to establish the cause of death, it added.
’1988′
One of the bags contained a newspaper from 1988, indicating the babies may have died that year, AFP news agency quoted police investigator Herbert Fingerhut as saying.

Officials said a couple with three children aged 18 to 24 lived at the house.
Two of the couple’s adult children found the babies when they were looking for something to eat while their parents were out, police said.
“They both decided to get a pizza and realised that the freezer had to be cleaned up because it was full of out-of-date food,” Mr Fingerhut said.
“It was then that they discovered the first bag.”
One of the couple’s sons went with his parents to the police, who then searched the house and arrested the 44-year-old woman, who is believed to also be the mother of the three babies, German media have reported.
It is not the first such case in Germany.
Two years ago, the body of a dead toddler was found in the fridge of his drug-addicted parents in the northern city of Bremen.
Also in 2006, a woman in eastern Germany was sentenced to 15 years in prison for killing eight of her babies.
She had buried them in flower pots and a fish tank in the garden of her parents’ home near the Polish border.

Can anyone tell me the form of the poem ‘the walrus and the carpenter’?
Question: Can anyone tell me the form of the poem ‘the walrus and the carpenter’?
here is the poem
The sun was shining on the sea,
Shining with all his might:
He did his very best to make
The billows smooth and bright–
And this was odd, because it was
The middle of the night.
The moon was shining sulkily,
Because she thought the sun
Had got no business to be there
After the day was done–
“It’s very rude of him,” she said,
“To come and spoil the fun!”
The sea was wet as wet could be,
The sands were dry as dry.
You could not see a cloud, because
No cloud was in the sky:
No birds were flying overhead–
There were no birds to fly.
The Walrus and the Carpenter
Were walking close at hand;
They wept like anything to see
Such quantities of sand:
“If this were only cleared away,”
They said, “it would be grand!”
“If seven maids with seven mops
Swept it for half a year.
Do you suppose,” the Walrus said,
“That they could get it clear?”
“I doubt it,” said the Carpenter,
And shed a bitter tear.
“O Oysters, come and walk with us!”
The Walrus did beseech.
“A pleasant walk, a pleasant talk,
Along the briny beach:
We cannot do with more than four,
To give a hand to each.”
The eldest Oyster looked at him,
But never a word he said:
The eldest Oyster winked his eye,
And shook his heavy head–
Meaning to say he did not choose
To leave the oyster-bed.
But four young Oysters hurried up,
All eager for the treat:
Their coats were brushed, their faces washed,
Their shoes were clean and neat–
And this was odd, because, you know,
They hadn’t any feet.
Four other Oysters followed them,
And yet another four;
And thick and fast they came at last,
And more, and more, and more–
All hopping through the frothy waves,
And scrambling to the shore.
The Walrus and the Carpenter
Walked on a mile or so,
And then they rested on a rock
Conveniently low:
And all the little Oysters stood
And waited in a row.
“The time has come,” the Walrus said,
“To talk of many things:
Of shoes–and ships–and sealing-wax–
Of cabbages–and kings–
And why the sea is boiling hot–
And whether pigs have wings.”
“But wait a bit,” the Oysters cried,
“Before we have our chat;
For some of us are out of breath,
And all of us are fat!”
“No hurry!” said the Carpenter.
They thanked him much for that.
“A loaf of bread,” the Walrus said,
“Is what we chiefly need:
Pepper and vinegar besides
Are very good indeed–
Now if you’re ready, Oysters dear,
We can begin to feed.”
“But not on us!” the Oysters cried,
Turning a little blue.
“After such kindness, that would be
A dismal thing to do!”
“The night is fine,” the Walrus said.
“Do you admire the view?
“It was so kind of you to come!
And you are very nice!”
The Carpenter said nothing but
“Cut us another slice:
I wish you were not quite so deaf–
I’ve had to ask you twice!”
“It seems a shame,” the Walrus said,
“To play them such a trick,
After we’ve brought them out so far,
And made them trot so quick!”
The Carpenter said nothing but
“The butter’s spread too thick!”
“I weep for you,” the Walrus said:
“I deeply sympathize.”
With sobs and tears he sorted out
Those of the largest size,
Holding his pocket-handkerchief
Before his streaming eyes.
“O Oysters,” said the Carpenter,
“You’ve had a pleasant run!
Shall we be trotting home again?’
But answer came there none–
And this was scarcely odd, because
They’d eaten every one.
this is a poem by Lewis Carroll and i would like to know the meter (monometer, dimeter, trimeter, tetrameter, pentameter, hexameter), whether it’s iambic, trochaic, anapestic, dactylic and if assonance or imagery is used in this poem.

Ok, I’m no good at english-complicated words but where I am from I would say this was a normal lyric in regular from. Imagery of all this I would say.
Hope this helps.

Would you consider this to be some form of low self-confidence?
Question: Would you consider this to be some form of low self-confidence?
Being a teenage girl, I have my share of “I feel fat” or “My hair looks awful” days, but in general I’m pretty content with myself. However, I’ve realized that while I don’t really feel bad about myself, nor do I worry that much about what people think of me, I worry about not meeting my own expectations in another person’s eyes.
What I mean is… let’s say there’s a hard math test. I think I did decently, but everyone is saying “I totally failed that”. I’ll go along with them, even if I think I did well, not because I need to fit in or because I want attention when I DO get a good grade, but because on the outside chance I DON’T get a good grade, I don’t want it to seem like I thought more of myself than I should have.
Or another thing – my future. I can see myself getting into a good college and if I set my mind to it, being able to do what I want, where I want. However, it sounds so cliche to say “I want to move out-of-state, see the world, become an artist”. And I ever did go to NYC or someplace like that, and I didn’t do as well as I’ve always dreamed of, I don’t want it to seem like I raised the bar too high for myself and couldn’t do as well as I thought I could.
I’ve realized it’s probably this concern that hinders me from things more than anything else, since, like I said, I’m relatively confident otherwise. What do you think? Thanks!
* “if I ever…” in the third paragraph.

Answer by Amy
Wow, i feel pretty much the exact same way as you. I never, ever like to say something good about myself like “I aced that test!” or “This looks so good on me” because i’m worried someone will shut me down, or i’ll fail.
But, I sorta think that’s normal for teenagers. Aiming high and setting goals can be really hard at times..
