If i eat a sausage for breakfast, salad for lunch hotdog (without roll) and chicken for dinner ( ATKINS ) I’m 14, 5,3 and 120 pounds. I want to start my diet on Monday and im wondering how much ill lose if i eat like this and excercise!

P.S I know its not healthy or whatever but i just wanna lose weight quickly!

I’m not a big fan of that brand, but most packages will usually say on the box. Not to much at first, till you know how they will tolerate any new food.

Just remember that even with soft or wet food, provide ample fresh water for your kitty.

I stopped eating red meat like a week ago and I’m still eating chicken so I’m wondering how much longer should I wait to become a vegetarian.

I’m a vegetarian who eats mostly vegan, I think an active vegetarian needs about 80 grams of protein a day, how much do we really need? Also, where do we get our iron from?
I’m about 247 lbs. 5 ft 6 and people tell me i look good for my size even though i am over weight, which means generally i don’t look my weight size. I’m a 22-24 pants size and a XL-1X shirt size.

It’s a ratio based upon your calorie intake and muscle mass. Let me look up the number. I think 80g might be over kill.

Maybe 80g is enough. Here are some different websites. Just google “daily protein requirements” to get even more information. I think a lot depends on how you feel when you work out. If you feel sluggish, tired, and weak, you probably are not getting enough protein. Different sources will tell you different amounts.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I don’t think I’m fat. At all. I went up a size while I was at college and am more comfortable in a size 4…plus that’s what most of my clothes are a size 4 and I’d really rather not go buy more clothes.

It depends on what you’re eating, how much, the number of calories in it, what kind of exercise youre doing and so on.
See how much you loose after day one and average it out into seven days.

I am 12 years old. I feel like I am developing anorexia. My dad, brother and my best friend all know. I can’t fight not eating when I am not hungry. I eat about 200-500 calories a day.I weigh 118 so I am overweight. These are some emotional and mental symptoms of anorexia I think I have. I think have these symptoms of anorexia

They are as follows:
Depressed mood
Preoccupation with food
Irritability
Social withdrawal (from family)
Flat mood, or lack of emotion
Refusal to eat
Denial of hunger
Excessive exercise (Sort of. Not really though. About 4-7 days, but only 1-2 hours a days.)
Being secretive around food and not seeing or wanting to talk about having a problem with eating or weight loss
Restricting food or types of food, such as food that contains any kind of fat or sugar.
Having an intense fear of gaining weight.
That their body weight, shape and size is directly related to how good they feel about themselves.
Wearing big or baggy clothes or dressing in layers to hide body shape and/or weight loss.
Visible food restriction and self-starvation
Obsession with calories and fat content of foods.
Keeping a “food diary” or lists that consists of food and/or behaviors
Pre-occupied thoughts of food, weight and cooking
Self-defeating statements after food consumption.
Low self-esteem. Feeling worthless. Often putting themselves down and complaining of being “too stupid” or “too fat” and saying they don’t matter. Need for acceptance and approval from others.
Mood swings. Depression. Fatigue.
Insomnia. Poor sleeping habits.
Obsession with continuous exercise.

Sorry its so long, I guess I have a lot of symptoms. And there might even be more but since I have these symptoms, do I have anorexia? It has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Not to long. So there are NO physical differences or symptoms. I only dropped 4 pounds in the past 2 weeks. So no physical symptoms. Sorry its so long, I guess I have a lot of symptoms. The only person that knows I am scared of becoming anorexic is my best friend.I really want to be able to wear a bikini by June and look good in it. Not fat and ugly. I don’t like myself. Wow I would eat a ton of fatty foods so you can gain back your weight, maybe try rubbing your head so you start to feel good about yourself instead of being depressed 24/7 would be a good place to start
