Question: What is a simple recipe for a vegan lasagna?
I wanted to make some lasagna tomorrow, I checked the local supermarket and there isnt any lasagna ready for vegans… =(
Anyways, does anyone have a recipe for lasagna for me please please please! I don’t mind which ‘flavors’!

no cheese or meat? wow that’s hard.
the only thing you’re left with is noodles, unless you use false meat.

Vegetarian Tortilla Stew –
.INGREDIENTS
1 (19 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 cube vegetable bouillon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup vegetarian chicken substitute, diced (optional)
4 (6 inch) corn tortillas, torn into strips
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
..DIRECTIONS
1.In a pot, mix the enchilada sauce and water. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the liquid, and season with garlic powder, chile powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Mix in the beans, tomatoes, and corn. Simmer until heated through. Mix in vegetarian chicken and tortillas, and cook until heated through. Stir in cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to serve.

Hearty Vegetable Stew –
.INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
3 cups tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
2 cups water
1 leek, chopped
1 potato, peeled and cubed
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
..DIRECTIONS
1.In a large pot over high heat, combine the celery, onion, carrots, tomatoes, tomato-vegetable juice, water, leek, potato, peas, corn, beans, rice, soy sauce, thyme, ground black pepper, garlic powder and dill weed.
2.Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Hamburgers. Take some raw red delicious hamburger, cook it with lots of butter, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and pickles on top of it then put it on a bun and add condaments and enjoy what you were intended to eat from the beginning.

Ingredients :
20-30 small/ medium fresh mushroom
bread crumbs
spinach
soy sauce
green onions
celery
margarine or soy oil
garlic – chopped
Directions:
Clean and separate mushroom caps from stems. Save stems for later.
Place caps in shallow baking dish and drop a small amount of vegan margarine or soy oil and soy sauce in caps. Place in oven at about 350 degrees to soften.
Chop and blanch spinach with small amount of water until dark green. Drain.
In same pan, (with little spinach broth left) add chopped garlic and oil to sautee.
Chop green onions and add to garlic and spinach broth.
Chop mushroom stems and add to sauteed mixture
Chop celery and add to sauteed mixture.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Add vegan bread crumbs to cover mixture and create enough stuffing for the mushroom caps.
Add water and soy sauce to loosen and flavor.
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing and rebake at 350 degress for 10-15 minutes (until stuffing gets brown).
Serve warm.
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 25 min

Step 1) Take a 4oz raw chicken breast
Step 2) Microwave the chicken breast until it is fully cooked all the way through
Step 3) Place chicken breast between 2 slices of whole wheat bread
Step 4) Bon Apetite
